Our leadership

Founded and led by Kevin Bautier.

Kevin remains active in client work and built Bean Counter around practical guidance, accountable follow-through, and long-term relationships.

Bean Counter provides full-service bookkeeping, payroll, tax, and accounting support for businesses that need an experienced financial team without building an internal department.

Every engagement is organized around defined workflows, secure systems, and clear ownership. Clients work with a dedicated case manager and lead bookkeeper, with routine questions answered within one business day and more complex matters within two.

Our team includes CPAs, Enrolled Agents, and registered tax preparers. Bean Counter is a licensed, insured, and bonded accounting firm; it is not a CPA firm.
